Regulatory amendments regulations pertaining to forest roads and commercial timber harvesting. Objective: Consideration of regulatory recommendations made by the Board’s Road Rules Committee in March 2010. The review also covers the adequacy of the rules for protecting of anadromous salmonids (previously called the Threatened or Impaired Watershed rules of 2000).

Aspen rules: Objective: Revised rules to clarify interpretations on project size requirements for aspen restoration projects conducted using a timber harvesting plan.
